Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Odisha, India, responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, explaining academic programs and eligibility criteria, conducting counseling sessions (in-person, by phone, or online), and helping applicants choose suitable courses and modes of study. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and applications, following up with prospective students,



and supporting admission campaigns, events, and outreach activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to interact effectively with prospective learners and families.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide timely, respectful, and solution-focused support throughout the admissions process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert qualified leads into enrollments through consultative and ethical admission practices.

- Relevant bachelor’s degree (preferably in education, management, counseling, or a related field).

- Ability to work in office in Odisha, manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, and meet enrollment timelines and goals.
