Role Overview: As an Admission Counsellor, You will be responsible for guiding prospec ve students through the admission process, resolving their queries, and conver ng leads into successful admissions through effec ve counselling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
- Explain fee structure, admission process, and documenta on requirements.
- Maintain accurate student data and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission processing.
