Position: Assistant Counsellor

Department: Student Counselling & Admissions

Key Responsibilities Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads.

Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.

Understand students’ interests and recommend suitable courses.

Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/enquiry records.

Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team.

Assist in organising student meetings, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.

Achieve assigned enquiry and admission targets.

Provide excellent support and guidance to students throughout the admission process.

Candidate Requirements Graduate in any discipline.





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, enthusiastic, and presentable personality.

Good convincing and counselling skills.

Comfortable making calls and handling student queries.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Candidates with experience in MAAC, Arena Animation, ZICA, Frameboxx, or similar animation/creative education institutes will be preferred.

Freshers with robust communication and convincing skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
