Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-spoken Admission Counsellor to join our school admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for handling parent enquiries, counselling prospective parents, explaining the school’s academic programs and facilities, conducting follow-ups, and supporting the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls, walk-in enquiries and admission enquiries from parents.
- Counsel parents and provide accurate information about the school, curriculum, facilities, fee structure and admission process.
- Understand the requirements of parents and guide them appropriately.
- Schedule and coordinate campus visits for prospective parents.
- Follow up with prospective parents through calls and messages.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups and admissions.
- Convert enquiries into school visits and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams during the admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and enquiry-conversion targets.




- Maintain a skilled and welcoming approach while interacting with parents.
- Handle parent queries and resolve them or coordinate with the concerned department.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups and admissions.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Intermediate / Any Degree
- Experience: 1–3 years in admissions, counselling, telecalling, customer service or sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Should be confident, presentable and comfortable speaking with parents.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,476.59 - ₹25,846.33 per month
