Role Description The Active LED Installation role is a part-time, hybrid position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with some tasks suitable for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, configuring, and testing Active LED display systems at client sites, following technical specifications and safety standards. The role involves assisting with site surveys, mounting hardware, cable management, and system integration with existing infrastructure.

The team member will troubleshoot basic technical issues, support maintenance activities, and document installation work, including photos, reports, and configuration records.



Collaboration with project managers, engineers, and clients is expected to ensure timely, accurate installations and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Foundational technical skills in electrical or electronic systems, including basic wiring, reading technical diagrams, and using hand and power tools safely.
- Fresher, Experience or aptitude in installation work, such as mounting hardware, alignment and calibration of display panels, and working with structured cabling.
- Ability to follow documented procedures, interpret installation manuals, and complete clear written reports or checklists.
- Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address common installation and connectivity issues on-site.

- Comfort working in varied physical environments, including at heights (with appropriate safety equipment), and lifting or moving moderate loads.
- Willingness to travel in India for on-site work and adapt to a hybrid schedule as project needs require.
- Prior experience in AV, display technology, electrical installation, or related fields is beneficial; vocational training, diploma, or relevant certification in electronics, electrical, or IT is an advantage.
