Clear Point Instrumentation Pvt. Ltd. (CPIPL) is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible Accountant to join our team.

Since 1992, we have been serving leading blue-chip organizations across diverse industries, including Textiles, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, Marine, Telecommunications, and more.
CPIPL operates a NABL-accredited Electro-Technical Calibration Facility and is the authorized service center in India for Megger products, directly appointed by Megger Instruments Ltd.
Our expertise includes Annual Maintenance Contracts, turnkey engineering projects, calibration services, and complex electronic equipment repairs. With well-equipped workshops and advanced test equipment, we are committed to delivering timely, reliable, and cost-effective solutions to our clients.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, support statutory compliance, and assist with financial reporting and closing activities.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling routine accounting functions while working collaboratively with the finance and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, accounting statements, and supporting schedules.
- Handle and support compliance related to GST, TDS, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns,
and related documentation.
- Assist during internal and external audits and provide required schedules and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory regulations.
- Perform other finance and accounting-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other basic statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime and SAP.
- Good analytical and numerical abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently handle routine accounting activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teammates, demonstrating sincerity and professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in monthly and year-end financial closing activities.
- Good understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance requirements.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, filters, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.

Working Pattern? Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ? Working Days: 6 days a week
