Accounts Receivable & e Commerce Claims Specialist (India)

About Us e Cintel is a fast-growing e Commerce and retail management company that partners with brands across major marketplaces and retailers, including Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair, Walmart, and other online channels.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable & e Commerce Claims Specialist to join our growing team in India. This role is ideal for someone who understands both traditional accounts receivable processes and the unique challenges of e Commerce accounting.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large data sets, and experienced in investigating payment discrepancies, deductions, chargebacks, returns, claims, and retailer account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete accounts receivable process

Monitor customer balances and aging reports

Reconcile invoices, payments, credits, and deductions

Research and resolve retailer claims and payment discrepancies

Investigate chargebacks, shortages, returns, damaged shipments, and deductions

Review and reconcile marketplace transactions from Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair, Walmart, and other e Commerce platforms

Prepare and submit claims for reimbursement

Track open claims and follow up until resolution

Work with internal teams, warehouses, retailers, and vendors to resolve disputes

Analyze sales, returns, deductions, and payment data

Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation

Prepare weekly and monthly accounts receivable reports

Identify process improvements to reduce future deductions and unresolved claims





Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or financial operations

Experience with e Commerce accounting and retailer claims

Strong knowledge of invoice reconciliation and accounts receivable processes

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and data analysis

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central

Experience with Home Depot, Wayfair, Walmart, or other major retail platforms

Experience with ERP systems and accounting software

Experience working with U. S.-based companies

Familiarity with inventory reconciliation and supply chain operations

What Success Looks Like
