Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.

- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.

- Manage accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.

- Monitor project/site accounts, contractor bills, and vendor payments.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.

- Ensure timely monthly closing and accurate accounting records.

- Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, and financial controls.

- Supervise and guide the accounts team.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and team management skills.

- Experience in EPC/Construction/MEP industry will be preferred.
