– ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including receipts, payments, purchases, and expenses.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment documents.
- Perform bank, ledger, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required by management.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance, preferably in Real Estate or Construction.
- Strong knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.

- Accounting accuracy and timely transaction posting.
- Timely GST/TDS and statutory compliance.
- Bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Accounts receivable and payable management.
- Timely submission of MIS and financial reports.
- Proper maintenance of financial documentation.
- Compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
