Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage the Accounts & Finance function of a manufacturing unit with a turnover of approximately ₹1,000+ Crore.
- Handle Sales & Purchase Billing, Bill Passing, GST, Bank Reconciliation and Finalization.
- Prepare Balance Sheet, MIS and Financial Reports with timely monthly closing.
- Manage daily cash flow, fund planning and banking transactions.
- Ensure accurate day-to-day accounting and timely reporting to Head Office.
- Coordinate with Auditors, GST Consultants, Banks, Vendors and Customers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GST and statutory accounting requirements.
- Monitor accounting activities and ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing.

Candidate Profile:

- CA Inter / CA Intermediate qualification.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in a manufacturing organisation will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Finalization, MIS and Financial Reporting.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle the Accounts & Finance function.
