We are an architecture and interior design studio in Siliguri. We design interiors and architecture for homes, hotels, offices and showrooms across North Bengal, Sikkim and Assam. There is a full team here — architects, designers, a drafting department, site engineers.

What we need is one senior accountant, working part-time, running the entire finance side of the studio.

Pick your hours: 10 am to 2 pm. Or 12 pm to 5 pm. Or 3 pm to 7 pm.

Responsibilities

- Make the estimates and the invoices that go out to our clients
- Talk to those clients — send them their documents, follow up until the payment actually lands
- Receive payments and keep the records cleanly
- Work with our CA firm on GST, tax filing and anything else that touches accounts
- Watch our cash flow and tell us early when something is about to get tight
- Pay the team on time, every month, and settle their reimbursements
- Keep office maintenance and overhead costs in check
- Track whatever else needs tracking

If you run your own small practice, or handle books for two or three other clients, or already work a morning job and want a serious second half to your day, this role is built for exactly that. We are not asking you to give any of it up. We are asking for four focused hours every day and the professional standards of someone senior.





If you are a retired or semi-retired accountant who still wants real work but not a nine-hour desk, that also works.

Eligibility

- 5+ years of hands-on accounting, ideally with a firm where you handled things end to end
- Strong on Tally and on GST — not theory, the actual monthly grind of it
- Comfortable speaking to clients about money, politely and persistently
- Able to work at our Siliguri office in person, for your chosen shift
- Graduate, obviously. CA Inter or a semi-qualification is welcome but not required
