Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts & Inventory Manager to manage the day-to-day accounting, financial records, stock, and inventory operations of our hotel/restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, monitoring purchases and stock movements, controlling wastage, and ensuring proper coordination between accounts, purchase, kitchen, and store departments.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Manage cash, bank, and other financial transactions and maintain proper supporting documents.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and expense reports.
- Handle vendor accounts, outstanding payments, and reconciliation.
- Maintain purchase invoices, sales records, bills, and other accounting documents.
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Coordinate with management, CA, and auditors for accounting and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of transactions in Tally/ERP/Accounting Software.

Stock & Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate records of food, beverages, kitchen supplies, housekeeping materials, and other inventory.




- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase/store team for timely replenishment.
- Identify stock shortages, excess stock, expiry, damage, and wastage.
- Maintain proper documentation for stock inward and outward movements.
- Monitor food and material consumption and help control unnecessary wastage.

Cost Control

- Monitor food and beverage costs and identify unusual variations.
- Assist in calculating food costs, consumption, wastage, and profitability.
- Maintain proper control over purchases and inventory to reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Prepare stock and cost-related reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts and inventory management.
- Experience in hotel, restaurant, café, resort, or hospitality industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Robust understanding of accounting, stock management, purchase, and reconciliation.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to identify stock discrepancies and control wastage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial information responsibly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
