About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Analyst to manage accounting and finance operations at Hyetron Energy. The role includes accounts and finance (70%), market and business analysis (20%), and administrative support (10%). You will work closely with the founders on bookkeeping, cash flow management, budgeting, compliance, grant applications, and funding opportunities, while coordinating with external CA and CS partners to ensure financial, statutory, and business compliance.

Role & responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and perform monthly reconciliations.
- Manage invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Track expenses, budgets, and project-wise financial performance.
- Coordinate with external CA and CS partners to ensure statutory, regulatory, and business compliance.
- Support GST, TDS, MCA, audit, and other compliance-related activities.




- Identify relevant startup grants, government schemes, innovation challenges, and funding programs.
- Assist in preparing grant applications, investor updates, and funding documentation.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business prospect assessments.
- Provide administrative and operational support as required.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a startup environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Robust report writing and documentation skills.
- Exposure to startup grants, fundraising, or government schemes is an advantage.
