Accounts Manager – Commercial Real Estate

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in Commercial Real Estate / Real Estate Development / Construction.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in real estate accounting, GST/TDS compliance, AP/AR, reconciliations, project-wise accounting and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for real estate projects.
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing and reconciliations.
- Manage GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain project-wise/property-wise accounts and financial records.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements and budget vs. actual reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, consultants and internal teams.
- Support statutory/internal audits and ensure timely closure of accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience in Commercial Real Estate / Real Estate Development / Construction.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, AP/AR, General Ledger and reconciliations.
- Experience in project-wise/property-wise accounting and MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally and/or ERP software.
- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance,



Accounting or related field.

Valuable to Have – Not Mandatory
- Knowledge of Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Agreements of Sale, Allotment Letters, Mortgage Deeds, JDAs, etc.
- Exposure to property registration processes at the Sub-Registrar Office.
- Experience with project/bank loan documentation.
