Job Purpose The role of an Accounts Executive is essential to maintain and manage the financial records and transactions of our organization. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our financial operations. The Accounts Executive is responsible for various financial tasks, including but not limited to:

Key Accountabilities

- Prepare and input entries for various accounting areas, including invoicing, receivables, payables, and operational/non-operational expenses.
- Ensure the integrity of our general accounting systems, policies, and procedures to facilitate accurate and compliant reporting.
- Collaborate within the finance division, contributing to accounting tasks such as general ledger management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Possess strong expertise in supplier ledger reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
- Perform reconciliations of intercompany ledgers, reviewing and analyzing inter-company transactions.
- Prepare journal entries and ensure their compliance with both internal and external audit requirements.
- Generate month-end financial reports to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate with auditors for annual statutory audits and GST audits.
- Provide precise financial data to support management in making informed decisions.
- Actively participate in the continuous development and upkeep of internal procedures and processes.




- Conduct a thorough review of the trial balance and cross-verify vendor credit terms with statements of accounts.
- Maintain and update daily petty cash entries in the software.
- Handle tasks related to PF, ESI (Employee State Insurance), and PT (Professional Tax).
- Regularly review and manage monthly indirect expenses.
- Prepare depreciation sheets in accordance with accounting standards. About you:

Requirements
- A bachelors degree in commerce, a masters degree in finance or accounting, or a Skilled Qualification in Accounting & Finance (e.g., CA, ICWA).
- Demonstrated experience across all aspects of accounting with a strong grasp of the field.
- Previous experience in freight forwarding and logistics is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is essential.
