About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day finance at our Manesar unit. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of factory/warehouse accounting—from inward GRNs and vendor payments to dispatch invoicing, inventory reconciliation, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities Inward &

- Purchase Accounting: Process inward entries, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), purchase invoices, and perform 3-way matching against Purchase Orders.

Accounts

Payable (AP) &

- Vendor Management: Process vendor payments, reconcile vendor ledgers, and maintain accurate aging schedules. Outward &
- Sales Invoicing: Generate dispatch invoices, E-way bills, and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) customer reconciliations and collections. Inventory &
- MIS Reporting: Perform physical vs. system stock reconciliations,



track inventory movement, and prepare daily/monthly MIS reports. Compliance &
- Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate entries in Tally/ERP, ensure GST/statutory invoice compliance, and keep audit-ready records.

Requirements Experience: 2–5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, or retail setups. Software &

- Tools: Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Skills: Solid understanding of AP/AR, inventory tracking, E-way bill generation, and GST billing.

Logistical Fit: Comfortable working 100% on-site in Manesar on a 6-day work schedule.
