This role is responsible for assisting in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and supporting documentation for audits and compliance. The accounts associate will handle and support accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliation (BR) activities, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. The role will support monthly and quarterly financial closing, preparation and review of balance sheet and profit & loss (P&L;) statements, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and credit card statements, maintaining accurate accounting records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure proper cost allocation for projects. The accounts associate will work closely with finance leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis,



and other accounting activities as needed.
