We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the Accounts & Finance function of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain cash and bank records.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Verify bills, expenses and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic MIS/reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts records.
- Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Sales and other departments for accounting-related matters.
- Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of ledger, journal, debit/credit and bank reconciliation.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualification B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounts/Finance.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Factory Accounts will be preferred.
