Financial Reporting & Accounting – Senior Manager / Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS / Ind AS and accounting standards.
- Manage GL, journal entries, reconciliations, provisions, accruals and month-end closing.
- Review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and ageing reports.
- Oversee fixed assets, lease accounting and intercompany transactions.
- Improve accounting processes, SOPs and internal controls.
- Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Operations and Corporate HQ.
- Lead, mentor and manage the accounting team.

Requirements:

- CMA / ICWA with 12+ years of accounting experience and management exposure.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS / Ind AS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, ownership and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a growing environment.
