Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal, statutory, and financial audits of company accounts.

- Verify ledgers, vouchers, invoices, receipts, payments, journal entries, and supporting documents.

- Perform Bank Reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and balance confirmation.

- Review GST, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.

- Verify TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.

- Check accounting entries and financial records maintained in Tally Prime and Busy Software.

- Identify accounting errors, discrepancies, irregularities, and control weaknesses.

- Verify cash transactions, bank transactions, advances, expenses, and outstanding balances.

- Review accounts payable and receivable and vendor/customer reconciliations.

- Verify project/site expenses, bills, purchase transactions, and cost-centre allocations.

- Check compliance with company policies, accounting principles, taxation laws, and applicable regulations.

- Prepare audit reports, audit observations, working papers, and MIS reports.

- Assist in preparation and verification of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Coordinate with CA, statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, vendors, and Accounts team.

- Follow up on audit observations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

- Maintain proper audit documentation, records, and evidence.





- Assist management in improving financial controls, processes, and cost control.

- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.

- Perform other accounts, taxation, audit, and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com/M.Com; CA Inter/CA or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.

- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Audit & Accounts.

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC.

- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Busy Accounting Software.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and basic financial analysis.

- Strong understanding of Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Scrutiny.

- Knowledge of audit procedures, internal controls, and financial reporting.

- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of construction/project accounting and cost-centre accounting will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
