About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant Tally, GST & Taxation to manage day-to-day accounting, billing and taxation-related work for our jewellery business.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and billing activities.
- Maintain sales, purchase, expense, cash and bank entries.
- Prepare sales invoices and purchase bills.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
- Work independently on Tally/Tally Prime.
- Handle GST-related accounting and compliance work.
- Prepare and assist with GST returns and reconciliations.
- Handle TDS and TCS related accounting and compliance.
- Have practical knowledge of Income Tax and ITR filing.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain proper records of vouchers, invoices and accounting documents.
- Handle inventory and stock-related accounting.
- Coordinate with management, CA and other internal teams whenever required.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting and billing work.





Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of practical accounting experience.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
- Good practical knowledge of GST, Income Tax, ITR Filing, TDS and TCS.
- Good knowledge of taxation and day-to-day accounting.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in jewellery accounting will be highly preferred.
- Knowledge of jewellery billing and inventory accounting will be an added advantage.
- Experience with jewellery accounting software/MMI will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be currently residing in Agra, and should have own house
- Candidates looking to relocate to Agra are not preferred.
- Candidate should be able to work from office.
