Role Description This is a full time, on-site Accountant role based in Jaipur. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling bank statements.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking accounts payable and accounts receivable, monitoring cash flow, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The role also involves preparing periodic financial reports, supporting statutory and tax compliance, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners such as auditors or vendors. The Accountant will help ensure accuracy, timely reporting, and adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in accounts payable and accounts receivable management, invoicing, and cash flow monitoring.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and office tools (e.g., MS Excel, spreadsheets, ERP or hotel management systems).
- Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant tax regulations, compliance requirements, and basic budgeting and forecasting practices.
- Candidates should possess robust analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in accounting, especially within hotels or hospitality operations, will be considered an advantage.
