Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and relevant accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, income, purchases, and sales.
- Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance as applicable.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS returns, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders when required.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely payments.




- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and statutory documents.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Perform any other accounting-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Proficiency in Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience with Tally Prime, GST filing, TDS, and bank reconciliation will be preferred.
