Job Title: Accountant Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage all accounting and billing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in daily accounting operations, GST, TDS, invoicing, and financial record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchase, expenses, payments, receipts).
- Handle billing, invoice generation, and follow-up for payments.
- Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
- Manage Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
- Prepare MIS reports, ledgers, and financial summaries.
- Manage petty cash and weekly expense statements.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for accounts-related matters.




- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Requirements:

- B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting (preferred).
- Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and billing software.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Details:

- Location: Okhla Phase 1
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
