Job Title: Senior Accountant / Compliance Executive Location: Prahladpura, Jaipur (Rajasthan) — On-site Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong compliance expertise to manage our financial operations, tax filings, and shipment documentation. Based at our Prahladpura, Jaipur office, you will handle end-to-end bookkeeping, regulatory compliance, and statutory reporting to support smoothly running business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Reconciliations: Direct day-to-day accounting functions, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and routine bookkeeping.
- E-Way Bills & E-Invoicing: Generate accurate E-Way Bills and E-Invoices for all outward goods movements in compliance with GST guidelines.
- Shipment & Export Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive packing lists, shipment files, and export-related documentation.
- Tax & Statutory Compliance: Prepare, verify,



and file timely GST returns while maintaining strict adherence to statutory compliance standards.
- MIS & Reporting: Compile periodic MIS reports, balance sheets, and financial summaries for senior management analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 5 to 7 years of core accounting experience with direct compliance hands-on expertise.
- Software: Advanced operational proficiency in Tally.
- Spreadsheets: Solid Excel capabilities (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas, and reconciliation sheets).
- Portals: Practical experience generating E-Way Bills and E-Invoices on government portals.
- Bonus: Knowledge of export procedures and documentation is highly preferred.

Compensation & Job Details

- Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
