Job Title: Accountant

Department: Finance & Accounting

Reports To: Finance Manager / Controller / Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Position Summary The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing ledger transactions, preparing month-end closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial management software.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting & Maintenance: Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and monthly/quarterly financial reports. Maintain general ledger accounts and perform regular account reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, manage outgoing payments, generate customer billing statements, and follow up on outstanding receivables.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Min 1year of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, Oracle, or Xero).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical reasoning, solid written and verbal communication, and strict ethical standards regarding confidential data.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
