Job Summary :-

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, reconciliations, and compliance. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with ERP/Tally accounting software.

Key Responsibilities :-

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Perform bank, ledger, customer, and vendor reconciliations.

Prepare and monitor GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.

Handle purchase, sales, expense, payment, and receipt entries.

Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes and payment documentation.

Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.

Assist in monthly closing and year-end closing activities.

Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.

Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning.

Verify expenses, bills, purchase invoices, and payment approvals.

Support costing,



inventory accounting, and production-related financial analysis.

Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction.

Prepare MIS reports and other management reports as required.

Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable laws.

Required Skills :-

Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance.

Good knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation.

Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP/Accounting Software.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

Positive understanding of financial statements and reconciliation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification :-

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.

4–8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
