About Indocean Engineers Associates

Indocean Engineers Associates is a Hyderabad-based engineering and sourcing organisation serving the power, industrial, and engineering sectors. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records.
2. Manage accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and documentation using Tally Prime.
3. Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records.
4. Handle purchase, sales, expense, and payment-related accounting.
5. Prepare invoices, payment records, and periodic financial reports.
6. Support tender documentation, including financial and commercial documents.
7. Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal teams regarding accounts-related matters.
8. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely maintenance of financial records.
9.



Assist with audits and other finance-related requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 4–6 years of relevant experience in accounting.
2. Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
3. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
4. Experience in tender documentation and commercial documentation will be preferred.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Good written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,731.06 per month
