Role Description The Accountant – Hotel Industry role at Aaryam Hotel and Resorts is a full-time, on-site position based in Sawai Madhopur. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing invoices, and reconciling bank statements. The accountant oversees accounts payable and receivable, monitors cash flow, and supports budgeting and cost control specific to hotel operations.

The role includes preparing periodic financial reports, assisting with audits, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations,



and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The accountant also helps analyze financial data to support management decisions, optimize revenue, and maintain accurate records for room operations, food and beverage, and other hotel services.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, and basic analytics.
- Knowledge of local taxation, compliance requirements, and audit processes relevant to hotel operations.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with operations, front office, and management teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Sawai Madhopur, manage deadlines, and handle multiple financial tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an accountant in hotels, resorts, or hospitality settings is highly beneficial.
