Role Description The Accountant in the hospitality industry at Aaryam Hotel and Resorts will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording and reconciling transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping for properties and corporate accounts.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, processing payments, tracking revenues and expenses, and supporting monthly and annual closing activities. The role will also involve preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, internal controls,



and regulatory requirements. The Accountant will collaborate closely with operations and management teams to support cost control, vendor payments, and revenue tracking across multiple properties.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, and basic data analysis.
- Knowledge of hospitality or hotel industry accounting practices (e.g., revenue tracking, cost control, inventory, and vendor management) is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of basic taxation, compliance requirements, and internal control procedures relevant to business operations.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with operations, procurement, and management teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, or resorts finance roles is preferred but not mandatory for highly capable candidates.
