## Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our real estate development projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across our portfolio of luxury properties.

## Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts for ongoing and completed real estate projects
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
- Track project-wise costs, budgets, and expenditures for construction and development activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS,



income tax, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and filings
- Manage payroll processing and vendor/contractor payments
- Support budgeting and cash flow forecasting for new and existing projects
- Maintain records related to property sales, leases, and collections

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com); CA-Inter or equivalent preferred
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
