Role Description This full-time remote Accountant role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations to support All Health Tech’s growing healthtech platform. The Accountant oversees general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

The role involves preparing financial statements and management reports, tracking revenue from partnerships and campaigns, and ensuring accurate expense allocation across projects and departments. The Accountant monitors cash flow, assists with budgeting and forecasting,



and maintains strong internal controls. The role also supports compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements, while collaborating with leadership and internal teams to provide actionable financial insights.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in core accounting functions, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis, including preparation of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, with attention to compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
- Hands-on experience with accounting or ERP software and advanced skills in spreadsheets and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate across distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in media, technology, digital platforms, or healthtech is beneficial but not required.
