Kalpaka Travels is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to handle basic accounting and financial record-keeping related to daily business operations, including tours, ticketing, and travel bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily income and expense records.
- Handle invoices, bills, payments, and receipts.
- Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.
- Assist with tour, ticket, and booking-related accounts.
- Maintain petty cash and basic office accounts.
- Support bank reconciliation and other accounting activities.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks when required.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Freshers with basic accounting knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally or accounting software is an added advantage.
- Valuable attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Candidates from Ernakulam or nearby locations are preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
