Role & responsibilities
Review architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections and details.
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Faade, Interior and other consultants.
Ensure multidisciplinary coordination and timely closure of design issues.
Review designs for functionality, planning efficiency, constructability and design intent.
Track consultant deliverables across project stages.
Review FAR/FSI, BUA, carpet and saleable area statements.
Support statutory, fire and building-code coordination.
Coordinate with PMO and site teams for construction-stage design clarifications.
Review shop drawings, material submissions and mock-ups.
Participate in design reviews, consultant meetings and site visits.
Support value engineering and resolution of design discrepancies.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 810 years of relevant architectural experience.
Experience in residential, high-rise, villa, commercial or mixed-use projects preferred.
Solid architectural planning, detailing and construction knowledge.
Valuable understanding of Structural and MEP coordination.
Experience with Tender and GFC documentation.
Ability to independently manage consultants and multiple projects.
Solid communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; working knowledge of Revit/BIM and SketchUp preferred.
