• Deep experience with the Microsoft BI Stack — SSIS, SSRS, SSAS.
• Expert-level T‑SQL capability.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing, ETL, and database design concepts .
Experience delivering complex BI and MI reporting solutions.
Solid Power BI experience (data modelling, DAX, report development).
Competence with SQL Server, Azure DevOps and Visual Studio.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize BI workloads.• Experience with cloud-based analytics environments (Azure preferred).
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
• End‑to‑end ownership of BI solutions from design through to delivery.
• Timely and accurate delivery of essential reports and dashboards.
