Role & responsibilities
Lead and supervise assembly operations within the factory setting.
Implement Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt / Black Belt preferred) for process optimization.
Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and streamline workflows.
Develop standard work procedures and improve assembly line balancing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely production targets.
Utilize industrial engineering tools to analyze and improve production efficiency.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and organizational standards.
Provide training and guidance to assembly team member

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related engineering discipline.
5 to 8 years in assembly operations or industrial engineering roles.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt.
Robust knowledge of industrial engineering methods.
Hands-on experience in process improvement and production optimization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Robust communication and team-leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a factory workplace.
