Trailspec Gears Pvt. Ltd. (Trawoc) is looking for a Senior Inside Sales Executive who is energetic, target-driven, and passionate about converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer enquiries
Convert leads into confirmed orders
Follow up consistently with prospective customers
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM
Upsell and cross-sell products wherever relevant
Coordinate with Operations and Customer Support teams
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
What We’re Looking For• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales / telesales
Fluency in English – Mandatory
Hindi – Required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Solid follow-up and lead-conversion ability
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel and email
Candidates who can work effectively from the office
