Requirement: Canadian bookkeeping experience is mandat o ryKey Responsibiliti e s: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activi ties Record and reconcile bank and credit card transact ions* Handle accounts payable and accounts receiv able* Prepare monthly financial statements and rep orts* Manage invoices, expenses, and vendor paym ents* Maintain accurate records for real estate transact ions* Assist with GST/HST and other Canadian tax-related requirem ents* Coordinate with accountants and management when requ ired* Ensure books are accurate, organized, and up to d a teRequirement s:



Proven bookkeeping experience with a Canadian com pany Canadian real estate industry experience is an a sset* Solid knowledge of Canadian accounting pract ices* Experience with accounting/bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks On line* Good understanding of GST
