Position : Accounts and Finance Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage financial reporting,

compliance, forecasting, and audit activities across multiple group entities, including Mascot and its subsidiaries. The role requires strong accounting expertise, regulatory compliance knowledge, and the ability to ensure timely financial closures and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Closing & Reporting

- Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for assigned entities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
- Review financial statements, journal entries, accruals, and provisions.
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis for leadership review.

GST Compliance & Reconciliation
- Perform periodic GST reconciliations and ensure accurate filing of GST returns.
- Reconcile GST input tax credit, output liabilities, and vendor/customer records.
- Resolve GST-related discrepancies and coordinate with internal stakeholders for compliance.

TDS Compliance & Reconciliation
- Conduct monthly TDS reconciliations and ensure timely deduction and deposit of taxes.
- Review TDS returns and compliance requirements.
- Address notices, queries, and reconciliations related to direct tax matters.

Financial Forecasting & Planning
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial forecasts.




- Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts and provide actionable insights.
- Support budgeting and business planning activities across group entities.

Audit Management

- Coordinate with statutory, internal, tax, and other auditors.
- Ensure timely completion of audits across all entities.
- Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation required for audits.
- Drive closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions.

Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and corporate compliance requirements.
- Monitor changes in accounting, tax, and regulatory frameworks and implement necessary updates.
- Support management in strengthening internal controls and financial processes.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with entity-level finance teams responsible for transaction processing and day to-day accounting.
- Review transaction-level reports and ensure data integrity for financial reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with business teams, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.

Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified.
- 3–8 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, financial reporting, audit management, and forecasting.
- Experience in handling multiple entities/group companies will be preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
