About the Role

Magnova Engineers LLP is looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Manager to manage the company's complete accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, banking, and financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation and ITC verification.
- Handle TDS calculation, payment and quarterly return filing.
- Ensure compliance related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage bank reconciliation, vendor payments, customer collections and cash-flow monitoring.
- Monitor outstanding receivables/payables and follow up with concerned teams.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, consultants and statutory authorities.
- Support internal, statutory and tax audits and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Prepare MIS reports, expense reports, cash-flow statements and management reports.
- Assist in year-end closing and finalization of accounts.
- Verify invoices, purchase bills, payment vouchers and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper accounting and documentation of project/site expenses.




- Supervise and guide the Accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Maintain proper financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP accounting software.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.
- Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and reconciliations.
- Knowledge of banking operations and bank reconciliation.
- Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
- Good understanding of account finalization and audit processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage the Accounts & Finance function.

These responsibilities are broadly aligned with current Accounts Manager roles in Mumbai/Thane, where GST/TDS, reconciliations, MIS, banking and audit coordination are commonly expected.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
- CA Inter / CMA Inter will be an added advantage.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in engineering, construction, project, manufacturing or trading companies will be preferred.
