Role Overview:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, reconciliations and financial documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily accounting entries, sales, purchases, expenses and journals.
- Manage vendor invoices, payments, receivables and ledger reconciliation.
- Perform bank, POS, UPI, card and other payment reconciliations.
- Reconcile daily store sales and collections.
- Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare regular accounting reports and MIS.
- Support the Finance Manager during audits and month-end closing.
- Maintain accurate records, invoices and financial documentation.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.

Should have experience with Tally Prime. Should have 2-5 yrs experience in accounts
