- Supervise overall purchase, cash and bank accounting operations.

- Review and approve accounting entries and payment-related documentation.

- Review bank and company ledger reconciliation and resolve critical discrepancies.

- Monitor cash flow and banking transactions.

- Coordinate with management, banks and internal stakeholders for financial requirements.

- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and SOPs.

- Review the work of junior and mid-level team members.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Verify bills, supporting documents and approval requirements before processing.

- Ensure timely bill passing and payment processing.

- Monitor outstanding accounting entries and pending transactions.

- Maintain proper accounting documentation and audit trails.

- Prepare regular cash and bank-related reports.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
