About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, GST/TDS compliance, receivables/payables, and banking activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally/Zoho Books, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and expense entries.
- Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable and regularly follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare and verify sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Handle GST-related accounting, including reconciliation and coordination for GST returns.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and reconciliation.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper banking records.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and resolve ledger discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly outstanding, collection, expense, and accounting reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Store, Dispatch,



and Operations teams for accounting-related matters.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure accounting entries are accurate, complete, and updated on time.
- Support the senior management/CA in audits and financial reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime / Zoho Books.
- Working knowledge of GST & TDS.
- Good command of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial companies will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be honest, systematic, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting activities with minimum supervision. Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
