Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Indore.

The Account

Executive will manage relationships with key customers, handle inquiries, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and updating customer records, coordinating with operations and finance teams to resolve issues, and preparing reports on sales performance and account activity. The role involves identifying opportunities to grow accounts, supporting promotional initiatives, and assisting in contract and pricing discussions.

Executive will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service processes and support overall restaurant business growth.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles, preferably in hospitality or service-oriented businesses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with CRM or customer databases.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and propose practical solutions.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations or prior experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage.
