About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive who can independently manage the company’s day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and handle routine GST, TDS, and Income Tax/ITR compliance Key Responsibilities: Independently handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. Maintain and update accounting records in Tally. Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely compliance.
Handle TDS calculations, returns, and related compliance Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) and handle basic Income Tax-related compliance. Perform bank, ledger, and other account reconciliations. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records. Maintain proper documentation of all accounting transactions. Assist with monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding accounting-related matters.
Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with applicable accounting and tax requirements. Handle other routine accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements: 1-8 years of relevant experience in accounting. Good working knowledge of Tally. Practical knowledge of GST compliance and GST return filing. Practical knowledge of TDS calculation, compliance, and return filing.
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in ITR preparation and filing. Basic understanding of Income Tax, Form 26AS, AIS, TDS reconciliation, and tax-related documentation. Strong understanding of bookkeeping and reconciliation.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel. Ability to work independently and manage accounting and compliance tasks within deadlines. Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Strong organizational and communication.
