Experience Required

1. Hands on Experience on FI- CO module of SAP of more than 4 years
2. Familiar with Matrix reporting at plant level and head office

3. Cross functional team exposure
4. Well verse with machine cycle time ,tool life and OEE

5. Budgeting and variance analysis

Job profile

1. To ensure timely accounting and month end closing at plant level in coordination with head office
2. Monthly cost release and reporting of standard cost variance
3. Annual budgeting and monthly variance analysis of profit and loss for plant
4. Inventory controlling - Timely reporting inventory obsolesce and non-moving , cycle count validation and physical stock control . Annual calculation of purchase overhead .

Annual calculation of machine hour rate/ labour Hour Rate.
6. Validation of saving from cost reduction project. Work for Cost Saving chance.
7. Daily & Weekly Reporting and analysis of Tools, Rejection, Maintenance Exp., stock, Sales , purchases & gross margin
8. Key user and owner of master data of controlling module of SAP at plant
9. Follow up with vendors/customers for Mismatch of ITC.
10. Responsible for State Government incentive scheme by working with consultant
11. Resolving quarries of all dept. Related to Finance & Accounts . Single window for other dept.
12. Closure of Statutory Audit for the unit . Resolving queries of Auditor.
