Scholartude Web Education is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Biology Faculty to join our growing academic team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering interactive and concept-oriented Biology lessons to students preparing for school academics, board examinations, and competitive entrance tests like NEET, NDA , and Olympiads .

You will also play a key role in developing high-quality digital content and assessment tools aligned with Scholartude’s modern, tech-driven learning approach.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and transparent Biology lessons via live classes, recorded videos, and interactive modules.

Design learning resources including study notes, question banks, worksheets, mock tests, and assessments.

Conduct revision sessions, doubt-clearing classes, and provide personalized academic support.

Integrate visual tools like diagrams, animations, simulations, and smartboards to explain biological concepts effectively.

Work closely with academic and content teams to align teaching materials with syllabus and learning objectives.

Track student performance and recommend customized learning strategies for improvement.

Stay updated with curriculum changes, NEET/board patterns, and modern pedagogical tools.

Participate in internal training, curriculum planning, webinars,



and collaborative team discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Zoology, Botany, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Strong subject command over topics such as human physiology, genetics, plant biology, ecology, cell biology, etc.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially for digital and online teaching formats.

Prior teaching experience (online/offline) in schools, coaching centers, or edtech platforms preferred.

Proficiency in using digital platforms (Zoom, OBS, Google Meet, whiteboard tools, etc.).

Ability to simplify complex concepts and foster an engaging learning environment.

Strong analytical, mentoring, and classroom management abilities.

Creative mindset with a passion for teaching and technology integration.
