The goal is to build trust, showcase campus infrastructure, and secure enrollments by effectively communicating the school’s holistic workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesDual-Curriculum Counseling

- Explain Montessori foundation: Educate early-years parents on self-paced learning, mixed-age classrooms, and tactile materials.

- Detail CBSE transition: Explain the academic progression, grading system, and textbook framework starting from Grade 1.

- Clarify Class 9 preparation: Highlight how the school prepares students for the rigorous Board exam requirements in Grade 10.

- Communicate class capacity: Assuredly explain our strict, low student-to-teacher ratios that guarantee individual attention.

Showcasing Faculty &

- Facilities

- Promote teacher capabilities: Highlight specialized Montessori certification for early years and CBSE subject-matter expertise for middle school.

- Demonstrate physical facilities: Conduct tours of Montessori environments, standard classrooms, science labs, and computer labs.





- Highlight co-curricular activities: Present age-appropriate activities including arts, crafts, yoga, music, and sports programs.

Admissions &

- Administration

- Query resolution: Address parent anxieties regarding homework policies, assessments, and child readiness.

- Lead management: Follow up on inquiries via calls, emails, and school visits to meet admission targets.

- Database maintenance: Log parent feedback and enrollment status daily into the school CRM.

Key Requirements &

- QualificationsExperience &
- Education

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, or related fields.

- Experience: 2+ years in school admissions, preferably in institutions offering Montessori or CBSE structures.

Skills

- Curriculum knowledge: Clear understanding of Montessori philosophies and CBSE evaluation patterns.

- Communication: Patient, warm, and highly articulate in both English and the local language.

- Empathy: Ability to handle anxious first-time parents with care and reassure
