Company Description Aerocadmy is dedicated to closing the gap in India’s drone ecosystem by focusing on how drones are designed, engineered, and built—not just how they are flown. Learners gain a deep understanding of drone hardware, subsystems, flight controllers, sensors, power systems, and avionics.
The organization aims to create professionals who understand drones from the inside out and can contribute meaningfully to the UAV industry. Aerocadmy serves students, engineers, and aspiring drone professionals who want to move beyond surface-level operation into technical and engineering-oriented knowledge. Through technology breakdowns, industry insights, learning roadmaps, and research perspectives, Aerocadmy supports serious learners who want to build drones, not just operate them.
Role Description The Academic Counselor will provide guidance and support to learners exploring drone engineering and related fields in a full-time, on-site role based in India. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, advising learners on academic pathways, and helping them choose suitable courses and learning roadmaps.
The role involves assessing learner interests and strengths, recommending appropriate programs and skill-building opportunities, and offering career counseling aligned with the UAV industry.

Additional responsibilities include organizing workshops or information sessions, responding to inquiries from prospective learners, and contributing to initiatives that enhance learner engagement and success.
