About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counselor to guide students from Science and related educational backgrounds in choosing suitable career and learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
Speak with students and prospective learners to understand their academic and career requirements.
Provide appropriate information and counseling regarding the company’s courses and services.
Communicate with leads through calls, follow-ups, and regular interactions.
Build positive relationships with prospective students and assist them throughout their decision-making process.
Handle admission-related discussions and address student queries effectively.
Follow up with interested candidates and work towards converting leads into admissions.
Achieve assigned admission and revenue targets.
Support overall business and revenue growth within the EdTech environment.
Desired Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good counseling, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Good planning, organization, and time-management skills.
